Important Information

Before submitting a data deletion request, please note:

  • This process is irreversible: once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered
  • Data deletion may take up to 30 days to process
  • You must verify your identity using your currently synced phone number(s) and password
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes
  • Deleting your data will terminate your SaylorPay account
