Ad Delivery Behavior
SaylorPay operates primarily offline, with the app requiring
no constant internet connection. Therefore:
- Ads
load (or are called) and are displayed based on ad bid ranks once a user’s
internet connection is active and the app is opened.
- Ads
are then cached locally on the device, remaining visible even when
the user goes offline.
- Cached
ads ensure continuous exposure for advertisers, maximizing ad
impressions whether users are online or offline.
- Ads reload (or are re-called) or refresh where applicable and are displayed based
on ad bid ranks when user revisits the app with internet connection
Content Guidelines
We maintain a clean, respectful environment on SaylorPay. All ads
must comply with the following:
- Prohibited
Content
- Pornography,
nudity, or adult content.
- Hate
speech, discrimination, or violence incitement.
- Fraudulent
schemes, fake investment or money-doubling ads.

your ad if we deem it inappropriate.
All ad submissions are subject to review and approval before being
published on the platform.
