How To Pay Agent Code From Normal Wallet Balance On AirtelTigo Agent SIM Using SaylorPay

As an AirtelTigo Money Agent, you have two separate wallet balances on your agent SIM - the Normal Wallet balance and the Commission balance. SaylorPay supports sending money to another AirtelTigo Agent using either balance, depending on which one you choose to transact from.

To send Money to Another AirtelTigo Agent (Normal WalletAgent Code), follow the steps below;



Step 1: Launch the SaylorPay App

From the SaylorPay main menu, select “Agent Dashboard”.
This will take you to the Agent page.



Step 2: Select Agent SIM

On the Agent Dashboard page, select “AirtelTigo” as the network to make payment from



Step 3: Enter Receiving AirtelTigo Agent’s code

Input the code of the receiving AirtelTigo Agent.



Step 4: Enter Amount to pay to Agent

Enter the amount you wish to send to the AirtelTigo Agent.



Step 5: Initiate Transfer

Locate and tap on “Pay Agent Code” from the quick action tools.
