How To Pay Agent Number From Commission Balance On AirtelTigo Agent SIM Using SaylorPay

With AirtelTigo Money Agent SIMs, your funds are split into two main balances: your Normal Wallet and your Commission account. Each serves a different purpose, and SaylorPay lets you choose exactly which one to use when making transfers to fellow agents.

Through SaylorPay, you can send money to another AirtelTigo Agent in two ways:

In this guide, we’re zooming in on one specific action - sending money from your Commission balance directly to another AirtelTigo Agent’s phone number using SaylorPay.

After you enter the required details, SaylorPay takes over from there. It automatically handles the USSD dialing and menu selections for you, saving you from memorizing codes or navigating long prompts.

To transfer funds from your Commission balance to another agent’s phone number, just follow the steps below.



Step 1: Launch the SaylorPay App

From the SaylorPay main menu, select “Agent Dashboard”.
This will take you to the Agent page.



Step 2: Select Agent SIM

On the Agent Dashboard page, select “AirtelTigo” as the network to make payment from.



Step 3: Enter Receiving AirtelTigo Agent’s phone number

Input the phone number of the receiving AirtelTigo Agent.



Step 4: Enter Amount to pay to Agent

Enter the amount you wish to send to the AirtelTigo Agent.



Step 5: Initiate Transfer

Locate and tap on “Pay Agent No. (Comm)” from the quick action tools.

Step 6: Approve the Transaction
When prompted, enter your Agent PIN to approve and complete the payment.
