How To Transfer Commission On AirtelTigo Agent SIM Using SaylorPay

As an AirtelTigo Mobile Money Agent, every transaction you process earns you a commission - your service reward for helping customers deposit, withdraw, buy airtime, or perform other MoMo activities.

These commissions are stored in a separate ‘Commission Wallet’, while customer transactions are handled through your Normal Agent Wallet.

So whenever you want to use your commissions - whether to top up your float, pay bills, or simply access your earnings - you first need to transfer funds from your Commission Wallet into your Normal Wallet.
This is a standard requirement for AirtelTigo’s agent system, and SaylorPay makes that transfer smoother by automating the tedious USSD steps.

Here’s how to move your earnings with just a few taps:

Step 1: Launch the SaylorPay App

From the SaylorPay main menu, select “Agent Dashboard”.
This will take you to the Agent page.

Step 2: Select Agent SIM

On the Agent Dashboard page, select “AirtelTigo” as the network to transfer commission from.

Step 3: Enter Amount to transfer

Enter the amount you wish to transfer from commission

Step 4: Initiate Commission Transfer

Locate and tap on “Transfer Commission” from the quick action tools.

SaylorPay automatically handles the entire USSD dialing and input process in the background.

Step 5: Approve the Transfer
When prompted, enter your Agent PIN to authorize and complete the transfer.

Transferring your commissions shouldn’t feel like work - you’ve already earned it.
With SaylorPay handling the USSD steps in seconds, you can access your money faster and stay focused on what keeps your business running: serving more customers, not fighting with menus.
