As an MTN Agent, you may often need to make payments to registered MTN Merchants using their 6-digit Merchant ID, whether for business settlements, stock purchases, or merchant-related transactions.

Steps to Pay an MTN Merchant Using SaylorPay

To send money or make a payment to an MTN Merchant, follow the steps below:



Step 1: Launch the SaylorPay App

From the SaylorPay main menu, select “Agent Dashboard”.
This will take you to the Agent page.



Step 2: Select Agent SIM

On the Agent Dashboard page, select “MTN” as the network to pay Merchant from



Step 3: Enter Receiving MTN Merchant’s ID

Input the 6-digit Identification number of the of the receiving MTN Merchant.



Step 4: Enter Amount to pay to merchant

Enter the amount you wish to send or pay to the MTN Merchant.



Step 5: Initiate Transfer

Locate and tap on “Pay Merchant” from the quick action tools.

Step 6: Approve the Transaction
When prompted, enter your Agent PIN to approve and complete the payment.
