How To Transfer Money From Main Account To MoMoPay Account On An MTN Merchant SIM Using SaylorPay

On MTN Merchant SIMs, payments are separated into two types of accounts:

• Main Account - receives money sent to the merchant's phone number.
• MomoPay Account - receives money sent to the merchant's ID (TILL).

If you need to transfer funds from your Main Account to your MomoPay Account, SaylorPay makes it incredibly quick and hassle-free.

            Step 1: Launch SaylorPay & enable Merchant Mode

            Open the SaylorPay app and enable Merchant Mode if it isn’t already active

Step 2: Navigate to Self Transfer

            Step 3: Select Network

            Choose “MTN” as the network you are transferring within.

Step 4: Choose Transfer Type

Tap the dropdown arrow and select “Main to MomoPay Account”.

            Step 5: Enter Amount

            Input the amount you wish to transfer.

Step 6: Initiate the Transfer

            Step 7: Enter Your PIN

            When prompted, enter your Mobile Money PIN to authorize and complete the transfer.
