With SaylorPay, sending money on Telecel is simple,
fast, and fully automated- no internet connection required.
No need to memorize USSD codes - you can complete your transaction in just
30 seconds.
Follow these easy steps to send money using SaylorPay:

Step 1: Launch the SaylorPay App

Step 2: Enter or Select the Recipient’s Number
- Manually
input the recipient’s phone number or
- Select
the contact directly from your phonebook.
Important Note on
Ported SIMs
SaylorPay auto-detects mobile networks based on standard
number prefixes:
- MTN
Ghana: 053, 054, 055, 059, 024, 025
- Telecel
Ghana: 020, 050
- AirtelTigo
(incl. Glo Ghana): 026, 027, 056, 057, 023
If the number has been ported (e.g., a number that
starts with 050 but has been moved to MTN or AirtelTigo), SaylorPay
will still detect and deem it as Telecel unless you manually select the correct
network.
Failing to correct this may result in a failed
transaction.

Step 3: Enter the Amount
Enter the amount you wish to send.

Step 4: Add a Reference
You have two options:
- Enter
a custom reference manually, or
- Check
the “Auto-generate Reference” box to let SaylorPay generate a unique
reference automatically for every transaction.

Step 5: Select the Network
Choose “Telecel” as the network to send money from.

Step 6: Initiate the Transfer

Step 7: Enter Your PIN
When prompted, enter your PIN to authorize
and complete the transaction.
And You're Done!
With SaylorPay, sending money on Telecel is now easy,
reliable, and stress-free - all in just a few taps.
